"Hi Phillip, I've been listening to your audio book. Thank you so much for offering it for free, it's been quite a listen! I wanted to ask you about the story of the cop who goes around to the different crime scenes with the dead teenagers who were shot while playing a video game. Was this a real story? If so, I didn't hear you say how it ended! What was the resolution from it and is there somewhere I can read about it online? Thanks!"
This person is referring to the story called "Twilight Zone: Invisible Shooter" and the following is my response...
"Thanks for the e-mail. You are not the first to ask about that chapter. I was hoping that the title "Twilight Zone: Invisible Shooter" would be a clear give away that it was a fictional story. If you are familiar with the Twilight Zone stories, the endings are often mysterious and leave you thinking about the story. There's something to figure out on your own if you can :-)
If you don't figure it out then email me back and I'll let you in on the mystery. If you do figure it out then email me as well to let me know what you think. I've never written a book before and I didn't have a publisher or editor to say what I should or shouldn't do so I took my liberties.
I actually thought I would get more feedback on that chapter than I have, so I'm glad you've asked."
I did reply again after a second email with the answer to solve the mystery but before I convey that information here I want to give you the opportunity to figure it out for yourselves and let me know what you think. I have provided that chapter here for you to read or you can download the audio version or listen to it on this website. After you've read it or listened to it send me an email through our contact page, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
